We will be closing our stores and our website from Friday 29th May 2020.

Yes. The coronavirus outbreak has had a severe impact on retailers around the world. While the pandemic continues, we will simplify our business by focussing on our home market in the UK.
Q: Can I still shop online?
Unfortunately not. We will be closing the website here too.
Q: How do I return an item I bought online?
You can return an item by following the instructions in your parcel or by visiting http://www.wnreturns.com/jigsaw/en/. You will need your 7-digit order number which can be found on your Order Confirmation email or in the top right-hand corner of your Despatch Note included in your parcel. We are able to accept returns until 1st July 2020.
Q: How do I return an item I bought in-store?
To return an item purchased in store please contact us: email@example.com. You will your need your 10-digit receipt number to be eligible for a refund. We are able to accept returns until 1st July 2020.
Q: Will you come back to Australia again?
For now our focus is to simplify our business by focussing on our home market in the UK. However, we are always looking for opportunities, so if one arises for us to reopen here – we will certainly take it!
