Terms and conditions
1. Your available points and rewards will appear on your receipt after each purchase.
2. The rewards are held in the Jigsaw Point of Sale system until redeemed.
3. All VIP loyalty card holders are entitled to a seven day exchange or refund period.
4. At anytime if a refund transaction has occurred during the seven day exchange or refund period, your rewards voucher will not be available to you and points accumulated will be deducted.
5. The rewards can be redeemed after the exchange or refund period at the discretion of the Jigsaw customer and can only be used as a final payment to conclude a lay-by. The rewards can not be used to start a lay-by or be used as interim lay-by payments.
6. Lay-by purchases only qualify for the rewards program once the lay-by has been fulfilled.
7. Complimentary suit tailoring to the value of $30 will be provided when you purchase matching jacket and pants or skirt (sale items not included).
8. By using the Jigsaw VIP loyalty card and remaining as a member, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. The VIP loyalty card is not transferable and remains the property of Jigsaw.
9. Jigsaw VIP loyalty program is valid at all Jigsaw standalone boutiques and Myer concessions, excluding Jigsaw factory outlet stores. Points can be accumulated but not redeemed at Myer concessions.
10. Jigsaw may amend or replace these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Jigsaw will endeavour to notify all VIP loyalty members of changes yet will not be liable if it does not.
11. Information relating to VIP loyalty members will be held in a database and made available to all Jigsaw boutiques unless an opt-out on the joining form has been requested. By becoming a Jigsaw VIP member you consent to information being used for communicating, marketing and other purposes relating to the Jigsaw VIP loyalty program.
12. To help the environment and to continue providing the exclusive benefits to our VIP customers, any cards not used within12 months commencing from the 1st of August (to 30th of July) or if current postal details are not provided, all cards will be disabled. However, if you wish to remain a VIP loyalty member, please submit your new details at any Jigsaw boutique or email to info@jigsawclothing.com.au and disabled cards will be reactivated. All points on loyalty cards will not be deleted even though they are disabled.
