Refunds & Exchanges
Jigsaw is happy to assist you with an exchange or refund for change of mind purchases within 7 working days of receipt of your goods.
For your convenience items purchased in our online boutique may also be returned for exchange or refund at any Australian Jigsaw boutique under the below conditions. Please ensure you present your receipt and original card used to make your purchase with the returned item.

All items purchased in our online boutique must be returned unused, unworn and unwashed with original swing tags still attached. In addition, shoes should be returned without scratches or stains and in their original, undamaged shoe box.
Please post your unwanted items to the address below with your original receipt and the reason for your return. Refunds will be credited against your original method of purchase, excluding delivery charges.
Should you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or colour, please enclose with your original purchase a postage paid, self addressed mailbag sufficient to return your new item to you. If stock is no longer available for exchange, a refund will be made crediting your original method of payment.
Christmas Exchange Policy
All purchases made between the 1st of December - 25th of December are subject to the Jigsaw Christmas Exchange Policy. The exchange period has been extended - all good purchased during this period must be exchanged with the original receipt by the 16th of January.
