Once you have placed your order, we know you would like to receive your purchases as quick as possible, so we’ve teamed up with Australia Post.

Orders are processed and sent daily except for weekends and public holidays. Any order placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed and sent the next business day.

Once you have placed and confirmed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. We will endeavour to have your items sent to you as per our delivery time frame. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you with regards to the issue as soon as possible.

Approximate AustraliaPost delivery times are as follows:

Sydney Metro - next day delivery, Melbourne & Brisbane Metro - 2 business days, Adelaide Metro - 3 business days, Perth & Darwin Metro - 4 business days and Tasmania - 4 business days. All regional orders - the delivery time will take longer depending on the state and region. These delivery times should be used as a guide only.

If you live in New Zealand, your order will be delivered by Fedex and it may take up to 5-6 business days.

If you would like to track your order you can find your consignment note number in the My Orders section of the website. Then simply visit the Australia Post website (www.auspost.com.au) and click ‘Track my item' on the home page.

As your order will need to be signed for, please ensure that that you provide a delivery address where someone can sign for the package.

The standard delivery cost is $10.00 (Australian dollars). This cost has been factored into the final price and can be viewed in your order details.

Please note that Jigsaw can only deliver to an Australian or New Zealand address.
