If register online do I get a membership card?
If you register to become a member of the VIP Loyalty Program online you will receive a VIP number, but not a membership card. This number is exclusive to you and can be used to make purchases online and in any of our boutiques. If you wish to shop in our boutiques, you do not need to remember your VIP number as our retail team will be able to find you in our electronic system.

What if I have lost my card?
If you have lost your membership card please visit your nearest Jigsaw boutique and they will issue you with a new one and arrange for the points and rewards from your old card to be transferred to your new card.

Where can I use my Jigsaw VIP loyalty card?
Your Jigsaw VIP loyalty card is valid at all Jigsaw boutiques including the online boutique. Unfortunately our VIP loyalty card cannot be used at our outlet stores.

How do I let Jigsaw know my contact details have changed?
Your can update your details online or by visiting any Jigsaw boutique.

If you have an email address attached to your account and you wish to update your details online please follow these steps:
1) Click on “Loyalty Program” and then “Update Details
2) Login with your email address and password
3) In the “My Account” section you can change your password, address and email address.

How do I make purchases with my VIP card in a Jigsaw boutique?
Simply present your card at any Jigsaw boutique store when making your purchase. Alternatively, if you have forgotten your card our staff will be able to find you in our electronic system. 

Can I use my Jigsaw card to buy from the Jigsaw online boutique?
Yes, simply sign in with your email address and password.
 If you are a cardholder logging in for the first time, your password is your surname. You can change your password once logged in.
If you do not have an email address you will need to register a new online account by clicking on the “My Account/Register” link at the top of the page and completing the form. 

How will I be notified of any rewards?
You can view your current points and rewards online. Simply log in with your email address and password and click on “My Reward Points.” If you have made a recent boutique purchase your points and rewards are also listed at the bottom of your receipt. Alternatively you can simply visit your nearest boutique as our retail team will be happy to look you up in our electronic system.

If I return an item will the points be taken from my purchase history?
Yes, once an item is returned the points accumulated will be removed from your purchase history and will also not be included in qualifying you for rewards. Rewards are only issued after the normal return period to take this into account.

If I have a reward, will I receive a voucher?
If you are entitled to a reward you will not receive a voucher, rather, the rewards are held in our electronic system until redeemed.

What is my refund or exchange period as a VIP customer?
All VIP loyalty card holders are entitled to a seven day exchange or refund period.

When can I use my rewards?
You can use your accumulated rewards anytime after the seven day exchange or refund period. Your rewards will not be available to you if you refund any products purchased that build your loyalty points to be over 1000 or more. Any refund will mean your points accumulated will be deducted.

Can I accumulate points and rewards from my lay-by purchases?
Lay-by purchases only qualify for the rewards program once the lay-by has been fulfilled.

Can I use my rewards toward my lay-by payments?
Rewards cannot be used as payment for a lay-by at any time.

What is the complimentary suit tailoring service?
The complimentary suit tailoring service that Jigsaw offers to our VIP loyalty card member is available to the value of $30. This will be provided when you purchase matching jacket and pants or skirt (sale items not included).

Why am I receiving direct mail cards, emails and SMS from Jigsaw?
Information relating to VIP loyalty members will be held in a database and made available to all Jigsaw boutiques unless an opt-out on the joining form has been requested. By becoming a Jigsaw VIP member you consent to information being used for communicating, marketing and other purposes relating to the Jigsaw VIP loyalty program.

Is my card still active if I don’t spend with Jigsaw for more than 12 months?
To help the environment and to continue providing the exclusive benefits to our VIP customers, any cards not used within 12 months commencing from the 1st of August (to 30th of July) or if current postal details are not provided, will be disabled, but not deleted from the system. If you wish to remain a VIP loyalty member, please submit your new details at any Jigsaw boutique or email to info@jigsawclothing.com.au and disabled cards will be reactivated. All points on loyalty cards will not be deleted even though they are disabled.

What if I don't have or want to give out my email address?
When you earn rewards we need to be able to let you know and email is the quickest way for us to do this. A valid and unique email address is a requirement of our loyalty program. If you do not have an email address you can to create one with YAHOO, GMAIL or HOTMAIL. 

What if I don't have or do not want to give out my mobile phone number?
If we can't reach you on your email address we may need to contact you via SMS or call you directly in relation to your membership.
